Audley Retirement Village

Located at the heart of the 110 acre Scarcroft Estate is the Grade II listed Scarcroft Lodge, originally built in 1830, that has been carefully and meticulously restored to become home of the Audley Club, providing residents and the local community with a restaurant, health spa with hydrotherapy pool, gym and wellness studio.

The restoration works included traditional lathe and plaster works and a mixture of reconditioning to existing cornice aligned with newly formed mouldings provided a superb detailed decorative and bespoke finish to the restaurant, dining and library areas.

SCS were also tasked to construct and fit out 22 new cottages and 106 two-bedroom apartments to house the residents.
