SCS successfully completed the extra care home Greenmill Gardens in Leeds. The 64 apartments, comprising of 16 two bedrooms and 48 one bedroom, accompanied by communal lounges, restaurant and cafe that formed the extra care scheme in Seacroft, Leeds, was delivered on time and within budget for our supply chain partner Morgan Sindall.

Multiple packages were installed throughout the 32-week duration. The SFS was supplied through Frameclad with a Siniat weather defence board.
The internal partitions were formed and apartments installed with a full Siniat specification.
Rockfon Tropic suspended ceilings were installed to circulation areas and corridors.
