SCS worked collaboratively with Henry Boot Construction Ltd to deliver a key build of 365 high-quality apartments, in a standout 15 storey residential block within the Heart of the City. The building includes 365 flats for private rent, ranging from one to three bedrooms. with cafés, and restaurants located at ground floor level.

The residential block was formed using Ash and Lacy SFS, with a Knauf Windliner external sheathing board.
The internal Drylining, service encasements, partitions, M.F. ceilings were installed using a full Knauf specification.
Rockfon ceiling grid and tile ceilings to Corridors.
