Latitude Blue, Leeds
Situated in central Leeds, the scheme formed part of a wider mixed-tenure regeneration, with new retail and public realm elements. It is set to connect to the city centre via the future Holbeck Viaduct Project, a landscaped walkway built into the adjacent Grade II listed viaduct.
The internal partitions were a Siniat fully compliant specification with Siniat MF ceilings and a plaster skim finish.
