Lendlease in union with SCS were successful in delivering 191 one- and two-bedroom apartments located in the Castlefield area of Manchester. The team worked tirelessly to provide a faultless, snag free, Project that provided a high-quality finish throughout. Despite the tricky demands SCS rose to the occasion to delivered exactly what the client expected.

Full system Knauf internal partitions and MF ceilings with Knauf tape and joint finish was applied to all apartments.
