Hadley’s SFS with BG Glasroc X were installed to the external of the BtR Apartments complete with BG internal partitions, MF ceilings and plastering throughout. The Hilton hotel was installed utilizing BG internal partitions, MF ceilings, acoustic perforated boarding, metal tile ceilings and Rockfon acoustic wall panels and acoustic baffles.

SCS successfully completed a 9 storey twin block of BtR residential Apartments and a 7 storey Hampton by Hilton Hotel as part of the larger entity Upperbanks, Rochdale Riverside scheme for our supply chain partner Willmott Dixon. The BtR scheme consisted of 242 apartments and the Hampton Hilton Hotel comprised of 158 bedrooms, with a dining/lobby area and a state of the art fitness center.vvv
