SCS completed the award-winning Victoria Gate Shopping Centre and John Lewis Store in Leeds, in partnership with Sir Robert McAlpine. The elegantly designed two-street arcade is home to 30 high end stores, restaurants, cafes and a casino, all of which is linked to the City’s existing Victoria Quarter. The full development consisted of 42,000m2 retail and leisure and also houses a flagship five floor, 21,000m2 John Lewis store.
