We have recently completed Leeds II also referred to as Latitude Blue for RG Group, providing 488 number high quality canal side BtR homes; offering a range of one, two, and three-bedroom homes to cater to diverse residents, across two towers of 26 and 31 storeys.

SCS worked collaboratively with our supply chain client Grahams to provide 284 BtR apartments in the city centre of Sheffield. The contract duration was over 65 weeks where we successfully delivered a snag free quality finish throughout.

SCS successfully completed a 9 storey twin block of BtR residential Apartments and a 7 storey Hampton by Hilton Hotel as part of the larger entity Upperbanks, Rochdale Riverside scheme for our supply chain partner Willmott Dixon. The BtR scheme consisted of 242 apartments and the Hampton Hilton Hotel comprised of 158 bedrooms, with a dining/lobby area and a state of the art fitness center

SCS successfully completed an extra care home facility, Greenmill Gardens, in Leeds.

SCS worked collaboratively with Henry Boot Construction Ltd to deliver a key build of 365 high-quality apartments, in a standout 15 storey residential block within the heart of Sheffield city.

Lendlease in union with SCS were successful in delivering 191 one- and two-bedroom apartments located in the Castlefield area of Manchester.

The landmark project soars into the Manchester skyline, located in the Piccadilly Basin district. The 33 storey, 16 storey and 11 storey, 3 tower block scheme houses 369 high class one and two bedroom apartments, 12 three storey townhouses, a spa with a 25m pool, a fully equipped gym, spin and yoga studio. The building also hosts a cinema room and resident’s lounge.
